NOW OFFERING DELIVERY

For the duration of the Covid-19 emergency, KrafTea Kombucha is able to deliver door to door. This is a great opportunity for anyone who isn’t able to make Saturday brewery hours. We have established a few delivery rules and ask that you review them before ordering. Some are required by law, some are set to work with our ordering software, and some are just to help keep our sanity while we adjust to this new process. We know it’s a little long, but please don’t tl;dr it.

  • Delivery days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Delivery orders will be accepted Sunday through Wednesday.

  • Deliveries will happen the day of or the next delivery day following the order depending on when the order is received. If we cannot make a delivery by the next delivery day we will contact you and give you the choice of a later delivery date or a refund.

  • Note that the website will tell you delivery will be on Saturday. Trust us, it will not be. This is a limitation of using a free e-commerce site.

  • Delivery is limited to a 10 mile radius from the brewery.

  • A $5 delivery fee will be added to your order. If the delivery is to a location within the City of Worcester, you may enter the code SPAGHETTIGRINDERS at checkout for a $2 discount on the delivery fee. (We have to do this one on the honor system, so be kind)

  • We will honor the EXCHANGE1 code for bottle returns. Please bag the empty bottles and leave them outside.

  • Delivery orders must include a minimum of two bottles and a maximum of 6 bottles. Other merchandise can be ordered in addition without restriction.

  • All delivery orders must include a food item. If no food item is selected then we will contact you to modify your order before delivery.

  • Deliveries outside of the 10 mile radius will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Email matt@krafteakombucha.com with the location and your desired order and we will try and work with you depending on our availability.

These rules are subject to change at any time based any number of things, but we will be sure to keep you informed.
